This letter is to inform you that Secure Data Content is in the process of phasing out SBimage Online that you are currently using for your secure online document storage. Secure Data Content made the decision to develop a new software package in order to keep up with the latest technology trends and changes. We are pleased to announce the release of the new service also know as www.MyDocument.co.za.

This new release will be replacing SBimage Online as of 31st March 2009. SBimage Online will still be available for retrievals for a short period.

www.MyDocument.co.za solution offers you a number of new and exciting features such as

As a document management company, Secure Data Content understands the importance of your documentation currently stored on SBimage Online. Should you decide to migrate to www.MyDocument.co.za Secure Data Content will offer you a seamless document conversion at no cost! Furthermore, we will convert your existing files from TIF to PDF format and merge logical folders into single multiple page documents for your convenience also at no cost!

Should you decide to migrate, please register online at www.MyDocument.co.za ; a technical representative will contact you to make the necessary arrangements regarding the data migration and installation.

Please be advised there is a new pricing structure associated with the service. The price increase was inevitable for various reasons such as increases on Hosting Services, Bandwidth Charges, New Infrastructure and third party annual software licensing.

However, as you are an existing customer and have supported us loyally, we are in a position to offer you a premium rate that is lower than the standard subscription rate.

If you decide to discontinue the current service we will provide you with a DVD containing your content that is currently stored on our server, couriered to your preferred address at your expense, or arrange for collection at our offices in Bryanston, Johannesburg.
