www.mydocument.co.za is a flexible Document Management solution that is designed to provide a secure and reliable online storage to your valuable files, scanned or created in Microsoft Office or other applications.

The solution consists of two components: client and server. The client software is installed on your PC and is used to scan and classify your files. You can also search and retrieve these files using this interface. You will be able to download this package immediately after your registration. This program has an automated facility to upload your files for secure storage online.

Once uploaded, the files are available from the local computer or from our web server.

The application supports any TWAIN-compatible scanner, however, to maximize the throughput of your documents, we would recommend a number of departmental scanners.

www.mydocument.co.za can be used to securely store and manage documents within your organisation as well as a provider for secure online document delivery for your clients.
